Terms and Conditions
When you rent from DĀMA Dress Hire, you agree to the following conditions:
Garment Care
- Return all items in the same condition as received.
- Protect garments from fake tan, heavy perfumes, body oils, and certain jewelry.
- Do not clean or modify the garment on your own.
- If a garment is returned with unfixable stains or damage, you will incur additional repair costs. If the damage is irreparable, you’ll need to cover the full retail price.
Damage Reporting
- Notify DĀMA Dress Hire immediately if any damage occurs while the garment is in your possession.
- For garments that cannot be repaired, DĀMA Dress Hire may charge the full retail price, which is separate from the rental fee.
Shipping
- For interstate orders, make sure to place your request at least 4 days before the required date and before 2pm to ensure timely delivery. DĀMA Dress Hire cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. Orders will be shipped via Express Post with tracking.
- Example: For a Saturday event, place your order by 2pm on Tuesday.
Collection
- Pick-ups are arranged by appointment only. DĀMA Dress Hire will let you know when your item is ready for collection.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, sizing issues, or event cancellations.
- We highly suggest trying on the garment before finalising your rental to avoid issues.
Returns
- For pick-up rentals, return items by 8pm within 2 days after your event. A $10 per day late fee applies.
- For interstate rentals, return the garment via express shipping the day after your event to avoid a $15 per day late fee.
