Be sure to carefully check sizes before booking, as it affects availability for other renters. Confirm the size or ask the lender for a size guide. If you decide to return the item, you’ll receive a refund minus 30% of the booking fee, plus postage costs, provided the item is sent back the next business day.
What should I do if I don’t get a response from the lender after requesting a hire?
If the lender does not respond within 24 hours, your payment will not be processed.
